So, we started our expo adventure at 7:30am (actual expo starting time is 9am), waited in line for 2 hours in the fweezing cold, dwinking our fwozen coffee and breakfast... and finally got our Pavilion of Dreams entrance tickets at around 9:45am. Our time slot to enter the pavilion? 4:43pm.
But it was worth the wait.
By the end of the expo, apparently, 2 hours of pre-opening lining up is not enough. I heard people actually lined up at dawn (or even earlier the night before) just to be able to get those time slots.
Just what is the Pavilion of Dreams all about? Even after my experience, I'm still scratching my head. One way to describe it is being transported to a virtual world of flowers and bees, discovering your beetle self, helping a virtual flower grow... and being in a 3D world ... just like in a dream.
